The amount of Elevate you should drinkdepends on the duration and intensity of your workout, as well as your individual needs.Generally, it is recommended:

Before exercise:Drink 250-500ml 30-60 minutes before starting physical activity.

During exercise:If your workout is intense and lasts longer than 60 minutes, try drinking 200-300ml of the drink every 15-20 minutes.

The total amount you drink should be adjusted to your individual needs and your body's reactions.

The amount of water you dissolve Elevate in affects its effectiveness, taste, and digestive comfort.

Therefore, dissolve 1 serving in 400-500ml of water.

Kvalitní palivo pro výkon 💪
Elevate používám cca 3 měsíce. Je to skvělý produkt. Užívám ho hlavně při cyklistice, běhu a vysokointenzivních tréninkách na Bcross. Byl mi parťákem i na Spartan race trifecta weekend, při půlmaratonu apod.
Funguje skvěle - stabilní energie, bez propadu. Doplnění elektrolytů. Navíc příjemná chuť.
+ poznámka… švagr, se kterým jsme běželi trifectu, mívá často problémy s křečemi při delších bězích. Doporučil jsem mu na spartana Elevate a po křečích ani stopa.
