HOW DOES IT WORK?
What is the procedure?
1. Write to us at podpora@fpenutrition.cz.
2. Wait for confirmation from support.
3. Pack the product and attach the invoice or order confirmation.
4. Send the package to the address:

5. Once the package arrives, it will be inspected and you will receive back what we agreed on. You pay the postage. It's fair for both parties.
Terms of use
While we put our best effort into each product, we know that every body reacts differently. If you find that a product doesn't suit you, you can take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee.
- Less than 20% consumed
You will usually know after a few uses if the product suits you. Therefore, no more than 20% of the contents should be used.
- Intact packaging
The product packaging must not be broken, damaged or otherwise modified.
- Within 14 days of delivery
You must request a warranty claim no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
