Cluster Dextrin®

Cluster Dextrin® is also known as Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (HBCD). It is a carbohydrate source with a high molecular weight, characterized by very rapid gastric emptying.This means it passes through the stomach faster than other forms of carbohydrate sources, without gastric discomfort or bloating (due to low osmotic pressure).

In addition to rapid gastric emptying, Cluster Dextrin® also provides stable energy releasewithout a sudden increase in blood sugar levels or insulin response.

Electrolytes

We have chosen a natural source of sodium from Himalayan salt, which is additive-free and naturally retains up to 84 trace minerals. Sodium is a key electrolyte lost through sweat, and its replenishment helps maintain stable performanceand reduces the risk of cramps. In combination with other minerals, it supports muscle function and overall body balanceduring physical activity.

Zkouším to zatím chvilku, ale zatim mi vždy energie vydržela celý trénink, chuťově moc dobré a i při větší zátěži mi nebylo težko.

Kvalitní palivo pro výkon 💪
Elevate používám cca 3 měsíce. Je to skvělý produkt. Užívám ho hlavně při cyklistice, běhu a vysokointenzivních tréninkách na Bcross. Byl mi parťákem i na Spartan race trifecta weekend, při půlmaratonu apod.
Funguje skvěle - stabilní energie, bez propadu. Doplnění elektrolytů. Navíc příjemná chuť.
+ poznámka… švagr, se kterým jsme běželi trifectu, mívá často problémy s křečemi při delších bězích. Doporučil jsem mu na spartana Elevate a po křečích ani stopa.
Super věc, můžu jen doporučit.
