Did your shipment arrive damaged or the contents do not match?

If the goods arrived damaged or the shipment does not contain what you ordered, contact us with the order number at support@fpenutrition.cz.
Return of goods within 14 days without giving a reason:

In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery, please contact us at support@fpenutrition.cz including the order number. The FPE team will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions for return.

Please note that in this case you must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The shipping costs are your responsibility and the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them.

If the goods in your shipment arrived damaged or do not match what you ordered, please contact us at support@fpenutrition.cz. Provide us with your order number, describe the problem and our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the shipping costs.
