Cottage cheese dumplings with fruit

Recipe: Cottage cheese dumplings with fruit (sugar-free)
Do you want a sweet dish that doesn't require a ton of sugar, but you'll still enjoy it? These delicate cottage cheese dumplings are the ideal choice - minimal ingredients, easy preparation and great results. Plus, you can customize them to your taste - with fruit, nuts or cinnamon.
What you will need (for about 2 servings / 10–12 dumplings):

250 g soft cottage cheese in cubes

60 g spelt flour

50 g erythritol (or other sweetener)

cooking water

Fruit to taste (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, plums)

Optional toppings : peanut butter, cinnamon, coconut, yogurt
Procedure:

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese , flour and erythritol . Knead a smooth and non-sticky dough.

Shape the dough into smaller dumplings – about 10–12 pieces.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and then place the dumplings in the boiling water .

Cook them until they float to the surface - then let them cook for about 1 more minute.

Remove the dumplings from the water and let them drain slightly.

Serve with fruit of your choice. You can also add peanut butter, cinnamon, coconut, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt to taste.
